I worked in Quebec for 2 years and Restaurant Rascal was my favourite restaurant where I ate excellent food with good wine most weekends when I was in the city and also took business associates there. The ambience was great and the manager, Jacques Cloutier, was one of the most attentive and accomodating restaurateurs I have ever known. The food was always of a predictably good standard and the service excellent. I look forward to returning to Quebec City to see my old friends and will certainly dine at Restaurant Rascal again. TB
